Right at Home Ballina is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Companion Support Workers to join our team. This is your chance to make a difference supporting clients 65 + in their homes. With roles available on a casual basis, you'll support clients across Ballina and surrounding suburbs.

What you'll be doing in this role:
You'll provide domestic assistance for older people living in their own homes, to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life in the Ballina and surrounding areas.
A Day in the Life
As a Community Support Worker, no two days are the same. This role involves travelling between clients' homes with a minimum two hour service using your own car.
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and other living spaces according to schedules.
* Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene.
* Assist with laundry.
* Transport services.
* Assist with shopping.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well‐being of clients.
What you will need:
* Current CPR (last 12 months) / First Aid Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
* Smartphone with internet access
* Higher School Certificate
