As part of the team of Aluminium Fabricators, you'll be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of our aluminium products. Manufacturing a wide variety of vehicle bodies for suit light vehicles to large trucks.
Aluminium Fabricators
* You must be proficient in aluminium TIG welding.
* Experienced in aluminium pipe bending.
* Previous experience in Alloy Fabrication
* Experience in Automotive Tray Body Assembly.
* Experience with saws, rivet guns, drills, sanders, punches, guillotines.
* Current forklift license is advantageous.
Steel Fabricators
As part of the team of Steel fabricators, you'll be responsible for interpreting manufacturing drawings for each project, cutting and preparing steel components to correct specifications of the manufacturing drawings.
This role requires high-quality fabrication of premium Steel Trays which includes basic steel work, welding, grinding, sanding, and drilling.
You'll also be expected to be part of a safe and clean work environment, working as a team to ensure timelines are met to satisfy our customer needs.
* Competency in MIG welding.
* Experience in the use of fabrication equipment such as presses, punches, benders, guillotines, saws and Oxy Acetylene and power tools.
Automotive Electrical Department
We are currently looking to expand our Automotive Electrical Department.
As part of the team, you'll be responsible for various automotive and accessory wiring on commercial, 4WD and mining vehicles.
Typical installation jobs include but not limited to: Battery Isolation, Cameras and Park Assist Systems, Installing Key on Lights, Spotlights and Driving Lights, Dual Battery and Solar Systems, Jump Start Receptacles, Trailer Distribution Modules, Radios, Light Bars, etc.
* Experience within the Automotive Electrical industry.
* Qualifications in Automotive Electrical is advantageous.
* Experience in assembling and installing electrical and electronic systems.
* Able to diagnose and fault find electrical problems.
* Experience in electrical rewiring and modifications as needed.
Vehicle Fitter Technicians
At Unicorn, we are currently seeking to employ an individual with experience in the Automotive industry.
As part of the team of Vehicle Fitter Technicians, you will be responsible for efficient and high-quality fitment of various utility trays and accessories to a wide range of makes and models, including light and heavy vehicles.
* Previous experience in the Automotive industry.
* Experience within a similar role of fitting tray bodies/accessories (bull bars, side steps, toolboxes, etc.)
* A mechanical aptitude is advantageous, including the use of hand and power tools.
* Ability to interpret drawings and job specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
