Senior Commercial Litigation Position

* Manage a diverse litigation portfolio, including shareholder disputes, contractual conflicts, regulatory investigations, and commercial fraud matters.
* Mentor junior solicitors, contribute to litigation strategy, and engage closely with a broad spectrum of clients—from small to large enterprises.
* Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice preferably)
* Strong legal reasoning, advocacy, and drafting skills
* Experience across varied disputes, including regulatory and contractual
* Team-oriented with leadership potential and mentoring capability
