We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman to lead our on-site teams. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and enjoys being part of a dynamic and supportive crew.
Need to know:
* You can comfortably lead and supervise jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time and to our standards.
* You can interpret and work from plans and specifications.
* You will receive t-shirts and a jumper, and need to present neatly to represent our brand.
* You have a positive attitude and can communicate effectively when coordinating with staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure everything run as smoothly as possible.
* We appreciate you taking the time and patience to mentor and support our apprentices and junior staff.
* You need to have your own tools, reliable transport and a valid ABN.
* Offering a competitive hourly rate up to $65/hour + super and workers' comp insurance, based on experience.
