The role will be very diverse providing administrative support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities;
* Answering correspondence, phone calls, emails, mail, customer & website enquiries
* Prepare jobs in the online software system, liaise with staff and clients to schedule
* Data entry – accounts payable, accounts receivable
* Arranging employee needs such as flights, accommodation, apprentices
* Employee HR – maintain and update staff records, staff enquiries
* Assisting management with project jobs

Job Requirements: Essential Skills;
* Proficient computer skills including word, excel and outlook
* Time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
* Demonstrated high quality written and verbal communication skills
* Team oriented and proactive attitude

Additional Desirable Skills;
* Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping
* Knowledge of Xero
* Knowledge of job management software
* Background in construction business
