Your new role
The Integrated Intake and Community Supports Project Worker helps children, young people, and families who are going through tough times. They work under the guidance of the Integrated Intake and Community Supports Manager and support people through one-on-one help, community programs, and group activities.
A big part of the job is creating robust, long-term connections with funding groups, partner organisations, and the wider community.

Your skills and experience
- Certificate in Community Services or relevant experience (desirable)
- Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
