This role supports the Director, Production APAC, and the DTG Theatrical team, including Company Management at the theatre, to ensure successful production execution and management of all requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contracting and Legal Compliance: Assist with drafting employment contracts, manage contract processes, and ensure compliance with union agreements and employment standards.
* Onboarding and Staffing Support: Facilitate onboarding, manage auditions, and ensure safety regulations for children in productions.
* Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee payments.
* Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, immigration, and international logistics.
* Production Scheduling: Assist with scheduling, timeline management, and meeting coordination.
* Marketing, PR, and CSR Support: Conduct research, support event planning, and oversee booking and program editing.
* Budget and Financial Management: Update budgets, process invoices, and oversee financial systems and reporting.
* Other: Support during peak periods, assist with special projects, and be flexible with work hours and travel.
Ideal Experience:
* Knowledge of live theatre production processes and personnel management.
* Minimum three years' experience in theatre, with at least two at the Production Executive level.
* Strong organizational, communication, and office skills.
* Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive work ethic.
