The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support our brokers with the end-to-end mortgage lending process. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in finance or mortgage broking, with structured training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing and preparing loan applications for submission
* Assessing client documents for completeness and accuracy
* Applying lender policies and guidelines to each application
* Liaising with clients, lenders, and referral partners
* Supporting brokers with documentation, follow-ups, and settlements
* Learning about residential lending, self-employed structures, refinancing, and cash-out options
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Passion for finance and mortgage broking
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to CRM and lending software
* Banking, finance, or admin experience advantageous but not essential
Qualifications
* Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete) preferred
* No prior experience required – full training provided
