Job Description:The Marketing & Content Assistant will support the Marketing team in delivering Nagnata's brand, digital and campaign activity across multiple channels.This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, sustainability and marketing who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and creative environment.Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital & Social Coordinator and Senior Creative Producer, the role will assist with the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives including content production, influencer partnerships, PR gifting, ecommerce updates and campaign shoot and event support.The position plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of marketing activities while supporting the team in delivering high quality brand communications and customer engagement.Core ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media SupportAssist and execute the creation of engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms, including short-form video, behind-the-scenes content and product-focused content.Capture and edit photo and video content using mobile devices and editing tools for use across social media and digital channels.Support the Digital & Social Coordinator in the scheduling and coordination of social media content.Assist with gathering, organising and managing content from influencers, collaborators and community members.Help maintain a consistent visual aesthetic and tone of voice across all digital channels in line with Nagnata's brand identity.Monitor social media platforms and assist with responding to customer enquiries via social media.Campaign & Marketing SupportAssist with the coordination and rollout of marketing campaigns, product launches and brand the marketing team in implementing the go-to-market calendar across digital, retail and wholesale channels.Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing initiatives including newsletters, website updates and social media activity.Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team as required.PR, Gifting & Influencer CoordinationSupport coordinating influencer seeding and PR gifting including packing, sending and tracking product.Maintain influencer and media contact lists and gifting records.Assist with PR loans and dressing requests for talent, stylists and events.Support the identification of new creators and influencers aligned with the brand's community and aesthetic.Track and collect influencer content for marketing and social media use.Ecommerce & Digital SupportAssist with product uploads, product descriptions and website updates on Shopify.Support ecommerce launches and campaign updates across the website.Assist with uploading and organising imagery and digital assets.Support the marketing team in maintaining accurate product and campaign information across digital platforms.Shoots, Events & ActivationsAssist with the preparation and coordination of brand shoots including product organisation, styling support and shoot logistics.Support the team during photo and video shoots including capturing behind-the-scenes content.Assist with the preparation and execution of brand events, activations and marketing coordinate event logistics including product preparation, materials and guest support.SkillsExperienceBachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in content creation or (digital) marketing.Strong interest in fashion, sustainability, and brand marketing.Digital native with a strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.Strong experience creating and editing content, particularly short-form video for social media.Experienced photo and video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, or similar.Background in photography and videography preferred.Strong visual eye with an understanding of brand aesthetics and styling.Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of Shopify or ecommerce platforms is advantageous but not required.Interpersonal SkillsPassionate about fashion, sustainability and wellness.Creative with a strong visual eye and interest in styling.Digital native who understands current social media trends and content, organised and eager to learn.Positive and collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude.Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Comfortable to work in partnership with other staff and business units.Ability to work as part of a team.Professional, approachable, with a strong work ethic.Thorough and effective written and verbal communication and follow-up.Sound judgment, integrity, and initiative.If you're ready to
