The Role of a Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting sales of lending products, including cross-selling opportunities under Direct Channel, Group Enterprise Banking.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively market and sell a range of lending products, including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel.
* Achieve individual targets while providing support to the Sales Manager in achieving team goals.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers, and customers.
* Ensure lending applications and documentation comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Preferably 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
* Possess relevant insurance licenses.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Good time management and ability to work independently.
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
