We are looking for a well-practiced and reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking team in the Bunbury Office. You will apply your skills and organisational ability to assist with administration duties across multiple areas within our business.
Responsibilities
* The administration of tender invitations including document control, distribution and telephone follow ups
* Administration duties specific to the building industry including lodging of applications and the payment of associated fees
* Updating and maintaining company registers and assisting with the management of assets and the compliance of subcontractors
* Office running including printing, postage, petty cash, issue of PPE, maintenance of print machines and phone systems
* Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and service providers, and, accurately relaying information
* Accounts administration including data entry and reconciliations
* Monitoring and directing email correspondence, tracking enquiries, updating and maintaining calendars
Qualifications
* Outstanding computing skills including an excellent working knowledge of excel and outlook.
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* The ability and confidence to learn and become proficient in industry software
* Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
* The ability to work within a team environment.
* 3+ years experience in administration within an office environment.
* Previous experience in the construction industry advantageous.
