About the Role
The Business Readiness Specialist will play a critical role in planning and delivering complex initiatives that impact our people and teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement practical readiness plans to support the transition from current to future state.
* Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and subject matter experts to build understanding, lift capability, and reduce resistance.
* Track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and use insights to adjust your approach.
You will be responsible for ensuring that change is not only implemented but also adopted and sustained.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business readiness or change management roles.
* Ability to translate complex change into practical actions that land well with stakeholders.
* Certification in change management such as Prosci or Six Sigma (or willingness to attain one).
Experience in financial services and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence are highly regarded.
