Reporting into an experienced Finance Manager, you will play a key role in helping develop the finance function.As Accounts Assistant / Invoicing Specialist, you will:Raise and process sales ledger invoices in the systemTake responsibility for chasing debt and end to end credit controlPosting daily cash and bank reconciliationsSetting up new customers on the systemProcess credit notesSupport the wider finance and non-finance teams with ad hoc dutiesImprove and develop financial processesVAT treatment of invoicesFor this role, we are looking for someone who has:Experience working in an accounts role, ideally with exposure to receivable and/or billingsAAT studier is desirableWillingness to develop/improve processes and a continuous improvement mindsetStrong relationship building skillsAs Accounts Assistant, you will get the chance to join a successful business on a very exciting growth journey and be part of something special.
