Essential Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Substantial experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
* Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
