Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager leads the quality team through the Define, Design, and Execute phases of a project.
1. Manage high-performing quality teams across project/contractor interfaces.
2. Define quality-critical roles and align competencies with execution needs.
3. Validate verification evidence for inspections, completions, VCR readiness.
4. Resolve engineering quality issues via RCA and governance.
5. Provide assurance on hold points, witnessing, contractor qualification.
6. Endorse waivers/deviations with Engineering and Contracts.
7. Assess supplier technical capability in bids and contract execution.
8. Support completions/handover readiness from a quality perspective.
Requirements:
* 15+ years in quality roles; 10+ years in management on major projects.
* Strong knowledge: ISO 9001, IOGP frameworks, enterprise QMS.
* Experience: audit governance, RCA, contractor performance oversight.
* Governed PQP, PAP, PVP across execution phases.
* Proficient: FTQ360, SiQ, Power BI, SAP, or similar systems.
* Exposure to constructability, inspection, completions during construction/commissioning.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering/Quality/technical field.
* Trade + 15+ years QA/QC + formal QA training.
* Certified Quality Manager.
* International inspection certification.
* Professional standing (CQP MCQI, CMgr, CEng).
* Ongoing CPD aligned with company standards.
