About the role
The Manufacturing Manager roleis a Full-Timeposition, based at Scoresby, Victoria. Reporting to theManager,you will provide end-to-end manufacturing process; plans and manages details of production activities in terms of output, quality, quantity, cost, despatch, time available and labour requirements.
In this role you will:
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Lead a team of Production staff.
* Drive engagement on safety, environment, performance, quality, supply, service, delivery of finished goods and cost.
* Lead, participate and collaborate with the WCM team to implement World Class Manufacturing on site and into our day-to-day activities.
* Demonstrate constructive leadership, building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals, whilst role modelling the CSR Behaviours.
* Setting and managing the overall standards and performance expectations of the site.
* Responsibilities include but not limited strategic planning, overall cost management, operating structure, and capacity.

* Strong leadership skills and people management.
* Attention to detail.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related areas.
