Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading audit engagements, working with a diverse range of organisations. This will include AIM-listed companies, technology firms, professional services, and not-for-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and lead onsite teams, ensuring the smooth execution of audits.
* Prepare accounts and draft tax computations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Liaise with clients to resolve queries, escalating complex matters where necessary.
* Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
* Coach and support junior colleagues, helping them to grow within the organisation.
Requirements
