With transformation at the forefront, they're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who loves building teams, elevating hiring experiences, and partnering closely with leaders to find exceptional people.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end TA role managing a diverse national portfolio .
You'll work with stakeholders across the business to shape hiring strategies, provide market insight, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the organisation's values and ambition.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across a varied portfolio nationally, from junior through to senior hires.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring strategies.
Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and direct outreach.
Review, shortlist, and interview candidates using structured assessment methods.
Support workforce planning, role prioritisation, and hiring forecasts.
Contribute to employer branding activity and candidate engagement initiatives.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best-practice recruitment standards.
About You You're someone who thrives on connecting people with opportunities, enjoys stakeholder partnering, and brings a practical mix of strategy + execution.
You'll have: Minimum 5 years' experience in an in-house talent acquisition function.
Proven sourcing capability across technology, white-collar and blue-collar portfolios, with confidence managing multiple concurrent roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication.
A data-informed approach to recruitment decisions.
Knowledge of current recruitment tools/ATS systems.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
