Our client is a large, well-known transport company that is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join the administration team based in Laverton
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
Onsite interviews commencing immediately for the right person with an ASAP commencement
You will be responsible for
* Manifesting driver paperwork
* Receive & Dispatch
* Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
* Scanning documents
* Raising Pallet dockets in 2IC
* Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
* Adhoc duties
* Booking in customer freight with DC
* Problem solving of warehousing and delivery issues
* Assisting stock control
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
* 1-2 years experience in transport administration
* SAP & Kronos experience preferred
* Strong work ethic
* Reliable and self motivated
* High standard of work
