About your opportunity
As a Patient Services Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients, families, and staff.
This role involves managing patient information systems, handling enquiries, and supporting efficient patient flow within the Women's & Children's Service Group.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated customer service experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in patient information systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirments
Compliance with Queensland Health vaccination requirements for VPD risk roles.
