Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants
* Create residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments
* Prepare permit applications
* Prepare construction documents for master-planned communities
* Prepare engineering calculations
* Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
* Participate in project design / client meetings and charette sessions
* Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs
* Oversee construction administration activities
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in land development (single-family residential)
* Proficiency in Civil 3D
* Strong client service orientation
* Team player mentality
