The Role Reporting to a highly regarded General Counsel, this Legal Counsel role offers broad exposure across property and commercial law. It's a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in major transactions and strategic decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as lead legal adviser on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing portfolios. Providing commercially focused legal advice on licensing, regulatory, and general corporate matters. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements. Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advising stakeholders accordingly. Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risk effectively.
