Delta FM are currently looking for a FIFO Relief Maintenance Manager available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 7/7 Days Only roster FIFO From Brisbane.
THE POSITION
* Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
* Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes
* Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning
* Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
THE PERSON
* Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
* Asset Management experience
* Facilities Management experience
* Excellent communication
* Strong computer skills
* Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
* Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
