Client Partnership Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Client Partnership Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to build and maintain key customer and medical expert relationships & partnerships, identify business opportunities, whilst maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external development & relationships, specifically potential and existing clients, lawyers/insurers and marketing & promotion. They will also be accountable for the continued growth and development of our business through business development activities which generate revenue growth across existing and new business.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude who thrives in making a positive impact that provides value to our stakeholders and people. The ideal candidate will have experience or qualifications in business, health, legal or insurance industries, ideally with experience in client & stakeholder management.

2. Assist in conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and opportunities in the medico-legal industry.
3. Analytical skills will be essential in assessing competitive landscapes and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to inform our business strategies.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be at the core of the role.
5. Identify and target potential clients within the legal sector, working closely with your team to develop and execute effective client acquisition plans.
6. Ability to understand and address client needs will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships.
7. Manage key medical expert relationships in conjunction with the Consultant Services team, identifying recruitment of medical experts and assisting in their orientation/training on our processes and protocols, compliance requirements, report quality and timeliness.
8. In collaboration with your team, you will develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
9. Create and deliver presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure that sales activities are documented accurately.
10. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating meetings with key clients and decision makers to expand our network, gain insights and strengthen our position in the industry.
11. Working closely with our marketing team, your industry knowledge will provide valuable insights to drive marketing initiatives and promotion.
12. Efficiency in administrative tasks related to business development activities is crucial. This includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, effective time management and follow up to facilitate the smooth execution of initiatives.
13. Maintain a keen eye on key performance metrics, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of our client partnership efforts. Regular reports will be prepared for senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
14. Collaboration is fundamental to our success. You will work closely with internal teams, including legal experts, medical consultants, and the Client Services Team, to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
