About the role
MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in our Perth office. As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‐to‐day administrative operations of our business. This full‐time position will allow you to utilise your exceptional organisational and problem‐solving skills to enhance our business.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and coordinate all administrative functions, including office supplies, filing, document management, and general office upkeep
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient responses
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the organisation
* Complete payroll and reporting alongside our management team.
* Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology, liaising with IT support as necessary
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a similar industry (Mining, Construction, Building, Fabrication, Maintenance)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and interact with all levels of the organization.
* Proficient in the use of office software, including MYOB, EXCELL & Project Management tools and various administrative programs.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills and the ability to work independently to find solutions
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
* Previous Mining Administration Experience
