Regional Administration Assistant – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) Varsity Lakes, QLD | Electrical Wholesaling Industry MMEM is Australia's largest and most successful electrical wholesaling group. We trade as Haymans, Cetnaj, MM Electrical, Go Electrical and TLE Electrical within this region. This is a great part-time opportunity to support the Regional General Manager and a network of 21 branches across Queensland and Northern NSW. The role is based at our Varsity Lakes office and is an office-based role. About the Role As the Regional Administration Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth operations across our regional network. Working closely with the Regional General Manager, you’ll coordinate tasks across administration, supplier management, motor vehicle logistics, internal communications and regional initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes – taking ownership of administrative workflows, identifying efficiencies, and helping build out a growing Gold Coast office environment. A small amount of interstate travel is required for regional events (2-3 nights per year). Key responsibilities include: Coordinating regional events, promotional activities, and internal documentation Managing supplier invoicing, WHS reporting, and sustainability submissions Supporting motor vehicle administration including registrations, fuel cards, and lease coordination Assisting with graduate program transitions, mobile services, and regional initiatives Reviewing and improving administrative processes Providing administrative support directly to the Regional General Manager About You You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and have the initiative and confidence to manage a broad range of administrative tasks. You are able to communicate clearly, and work with a variety of stakeholders across a busy regional operation.
