**What you can expect in a day in this role**:

Keeping our hotels running smoothly is vital to our guest's experience, and as our Maintenance Handyperson you will keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facilities and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
- Assist the team with essential business checks
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work via our Property Management System
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Proven experience in bathroom maintenance, specifically tiling, water proofing, silicon and grouting,
- Experience in building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs, preferably within the Hospitality Industry,
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams and blueprints,
- Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often prioritising multiple tasks effectively,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and;
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
