Leading International Wealth Management firm seeking a JUNIOR Business Analyst for an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend.
The ideal profile will have 2 - 4 years Business Analysis / Projects experience within the Wealth Management, Private Banking or similar industries.
Maximum day rate available will be $500 per day + super.
This Business Analyst role will be accountable for delivering initiatives to help enhance client experience and drive profitable business growth. The ideal candidate is an individual that has experience in both delivering projects and working inside a wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management: Manage and deliver projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes. Understanding of Project Governance fundamentals
* Sales Governance: Develop procedures and controls to ensure Sales Guidelines are embedded
* Process improvement and sales support: Enhance and optimise operational processes. Develop sales tools to support Financial Advisers and Client Service Managers
* Change management: Develop change management materials to support the embedment and adoption of change initiatives, including projects delivered by the broader Change The Bank team
* Data Management and Analytics: Extract and analyse client data as required
* Risk management: Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Pro-actively identify business risk and develop controls to mitigate risks
* Documentation: Gather, validate and document business processes and procedures, as required.
Desired Qualifications / Experience
* Undergraduate degree
* 2 - 4 years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry - ideally Private Banking or Wealth Management
* Experience in project management
* Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with varying external and internal stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Strong risk management
* Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority
* Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to keep multiple teams on track to deliver projects to time, budget and required standards
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues
* Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills
* Quantitative aptitude
* Analytical skills to help identify anomalies, trends and potential risks and issues; data savvy
