Assistant Store Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Store Leader to join our retail team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the store and assisting the Store Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring teams. Previous experience as a 2IC in a customer service role in retail or sales is highly desirable.
The Assistant Store Leader will be responsible for:
* Assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store
* Closing sales opportunities through coaching and developing the team
* Maintaining store presentation and merchandising
* Leading store safety initiatives
The successful candidate will also possess strong people and customer engagement skills, as well as a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
