Fordham is a specialist chartered accounting firm within Perpetual. Fordham has acted for private business, their owners and their families. We’ve been earning the trust from our clients for 130 plus years, some over four generations and we work with many different client groups such as, business owners, high net wealth families, Managed Investment Trusts (MITs), special purpose vehicles and investor groups.
This Perth based role is to provide support to the Executive Office Team. The role will be reporting to the Community Services Manager and will be required to liaise with members of the Community, Trust Managers, Community Services Consultants, the Payments Team and various other stakeholders.
About the role
4. Ability to use phone system (training will be provided) and communicate with members via phone and email (using Outlook);
5. Must be familiar with the guidelines of the relevant trust/s in order to provide accurate information to members;
6. Ability to pro-actively communicate details of Trust programs (including updates) to members;
7. Assistance with identifying issues which require communication to members (ie issues that require bulk SMSs to members
About you
8. High school graduate at minimum
9. Experience working with Indigenous Communities is desirable
10. Customer service experience
11. Office administration experience
12. Experience using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
