About the Role
Join Sonder as a Mental Health Nurse and make a real difference in the lives of veterans.
Based at our Marion office, you'll deliver high-quality mental health care and care coordination through in-reach visits to the Andrew Russell Veteran's Living facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide targeted, trauma-informed support, working collaboratively with health professionals and community services to improve outcomes for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in community and/or acute mental health settings
* Demonstrated experience working with veterans
* Experience in using electronic medical records and data management tools.
Qualifications and Other Requirements
* Credentialed Mental Health Nurse status through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
* Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
* Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
* Driver's Licence
