The Role
* Salary of $87,527
* + 12% Superannuation
* Work a 14:7 roster (living/working on site for 2 weeks, committing to 12‑hour days, and having one week home for what matters most)
* Fly from Perth and be transported to one of our villages within Regional WA
* Working as a utility you will be joining a vibrant team in one of the following departments, but able to assist in others.
* Housekeeping: cleaning and maintaining accommodation facilities to ensure hygiene and comfort.
* Kitchen/Dining: preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
* Bar/Retail: working within bar or retail outlets, serving beverages or managing stock and sales.

About You
* RSA (evidence required)
* Current driver's licence
* Experience working in hospitality (regional experience well regarded)
* Valid working rights in Australia for the next 6 months (sponsorship not available)
* Confidently pass a pre‑employment medical (so we can keep you safe whilst working long hours in remote conditions)
