UGL's Utilities Operations & Maintenance business is growing, and we're introducing a new Delivery Manager role to support our expanding field services team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Distribution Lineworker—especially someone with glove and barrier experience—who's ready to transition off the tools and into a leadership role.
Based at our Tullamarine depot with regular field presence, you'll report to the Program Manager and act as the key link between our lineworker crews and the planning/operations team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage distribution lineworker crews across multiple projects
* Act as the primary liaison between field teams and planners/operations
* Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met
* Monitor progress and resource allocation to meet delivery targets
* Coach and mentor team members, addressing performance issues proactively
* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold UGL's service standards
About You
* Trade qualification in Electrical Fitter Mechanic or Distribution Lineworker/Jointer
* Current Driving Licence, with Medium to Heavy Rigid (MR/HR) classification preferred
* Construction White Card
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
* Strong understanding of construction safety and compliance
