About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Sunshine Coast team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.
You will oversee site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain program timelines, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise construction sites across residential, commercial, and government projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and deliveries
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
* Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe work environment
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management
* Monitor construction programs and proactively manage delays or issues
* Complete site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
About You
* Trade-qualified Carpenter (Certificate III or higher preferred)
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager
* Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Current White Card
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Advantageous
* Experience managing government projects
* First Aid Certificate
* EWP or other relevant tickets
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
