Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and updating training and compliance records
* Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for site staff
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety and regulatory requirements
* Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
* Assisting with data cleansing as we transition to a new HRIS and LMS
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience with HRIS or LMS systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
* The capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of compliance and workplace health and safety requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Clear communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt during system transitions
* Previous experience in training coordination or compliance administration
