About the Role
* Provide warm welcomes and farewells to all guests ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
* Effectively manage reception duties, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
* Be familiar with cash handling procedures, including balancing and closing tasks, as well as ordering stock and supplies.
* Assist with retail sales, including making recommendations and processing transactions.
* Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional support to guests in scheduling appointments and navigating the spa facilities.
Key Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent administrative abilities, particularly in MS Office applications.
* Familiarity with spa and beauty treatments.
* Knowledge of the spa industry and its operations.
* Proven retail selling skills and experience in providing exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Spa Receptionist is highly desirable.
