ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
* Hiring and training new staff
* Office and admin duties including financials
* Stock and ordering
* Shift management
* Reporting to owners/directors
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
* Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
* A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
* A positive 'can do' attitude
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
