About the Opportunity We are actively recruiting for a high-performing, market-leading brokerage based near Baulkham Hills, NSW. This group are settling high volumes averaging $300-$400mil annually. We are seeking experienced Mortgage Broker Support professionals who can confidently manage end-to-end loan applications in a fast-paced, high-settlement environment where performance and precision matter. The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Mortgage Broker Support professional to partner with high-performing brokers and mortgage managers in delivering large volumes of successful settlements. In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end loan applications (from pre-submission through to settlement) - ensuring every file is accurate, compliant, and progressing efficiently. Acting as the central liaison between brokers, clients, lenders, valuers, conveyancers, accountants and agents, you will play a critical role in driving momentum, maintaining turnaround times, and helping the team consistently achieve strong settlement results. Key Responsibilities Collect, organise, verify, and submit loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation. Conduct thorough pre-submission checks including valuations, pricing requests, and compliance verification. Structuring the deals, calculating borrowing capacity and serviceability Liaise with lenders to facilitate timely assessment and influence processing timeframes. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactively managing additional documentation requirements. Communicate with third-party professionals (conveyancers, agents, accountants, valuers) to ensure smooth loan processing. Manage applications via Connective (Mercury CRM), LoanApp (for internal funding & SMSF loans), and Apply Online portals. Monitor loan progress from pre-submission to settlement, including client care and loan book maintenance. Maintain accurate CRM records and database management. Assist with pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and operational process improvements. Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and lending standards at all times. Identify business development opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You You are confident, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume lending environment. Supporting brokers and ensuring seamless loan processing is second nature to you. You will possess the following: Minimum 2 years’ experience in broker support, loan processing, or mortgage administration (preferred). Strong understanding of residential lending processes (experience across SMSF, self-employed, investment, private or construction lending highly regarded). Proficiency in ApplyOnline, Connective (Mercury CRM) - Highly Desirable Solid knowledge of consumer lending and related financial products (mortgage loans, property, construction). Exceptional attention to detail and strong compliance awareness. Ability to manage high work volumes and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder management capability. Proficiency in MS Office and client software systems.
