Real Estate Sales Administrator – Buyer's Agency

$75,000–$85,000 plus super (to suit experience)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate sales administrator to join a respected buyer's agency in a role focused on contracts, process and client care.

About us

Property Wizards is a boutique real estate buyer's agency based in Subiaco. We help clients purchase homes and investment properties through structured, ethical buying strategies. Our team is multi-award-winning, including recognition from REIWA and national real estate institutes, and is known for strong systems, clear processes and excellent client outcomes.

The role

This is a sales administration role within a buyer's agency, focused on preparing and managing buyer transactions from client sign-up through to settlement administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and processing client sign-ups, authorities and offers
* Managing contracts, conditions, key dates and settlement milestones
* Liaising with clients, settlement agents, building inspectors, finance brokers and selling agents
* Assisting buyer's agents with due diligence, sales evidence and documentation
* Coordinating pre-settlement inspections
* Office administration and support to the team

This is primarily an administration role. There are no routine listing presentations, home opens or weekend requirements.

About you

You are an experienced real estate sales administrator who enjoys structure, accuracy and managing detail from start to finish.

You will bring:

* Real estate sales administration or PA experience
* Familiarity with the property buying process and contract administration
* Real estate sales registration, or willingness to obtain it
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fast, accurate computer skills with strong attention to detail
* A professional, steady approach when dealing with clients and stakeholders
