Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail stores and work closely with our team to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Guidance:
Educate parents on our products and demonstrate their features and benefits
Back Office Management:
Oversee loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels, and store standards
Training and Onboarding:
Train and onboard new team members
Safety Protocols:
Ensure all Occupational Health & Safety protocols are upheld
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people effectively
Customer Service:
Ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands
Results-Oriented:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
