About the role:
As a Corporate Tax Director, you will engage in diverse and challenging work focusing on owner-managed businesses, as well as international business tax matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling complex tax issues related to acquisitions, sales, R&D, loan relationships, share schemes, tax due diligence, EIS/SEIS, and corporate group restructuring.
