You'll be part of a hands-on, fast-paced production team preparing and baking a variety of gluten free pastries, savoury items, and specialty products for wholesale and retail customers.
* Full-time available now with immediate start
* Salary based on experience
* 3am start Tuesday to Saturday

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a baker or pastry cook (manufacturing or wholesale experience highly regarded)
* Oven and time management skill
* Must be experienced in a production kitchen having worked night hours
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under time pressure
* Team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
* Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
