**Part-time (3 Days)**
- Australia's favourite theme parks present an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Office Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, you will assign, schedule, coordinate, oversee and evaluate the flow of office work and ensure that work is performed in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to standard administration tasks, you will also excel at higher level tasks including undertaking research, compiling data, preparing reports or presentations.

**Key activities and responsibilities**:

- Perform routine administrative tasks including maintaining the CEO's calendars, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, organising and maintaining office filing systems, travel plans and itineraries and compiling/disseminating documents as appropriate
- Perform administrative support duties to assist the broader Executive team in meeting various functional responsibilities, preparation and distribution of minutes/agendas, reporting requirements, and research objectives; draft correspondence as assigned and maintain confidential records
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms and inform Executive Management and others of essential timelines
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and Executive Management and the public, team members, and other stakeholders and contacts
- Previous experience (preferably a minimum of 5 years) in a similar Executive Office management/EA role
- Diploma in Business, Management, or similar qualifications will be considered advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters with probity, discretion and autonomy
- Experience coordinating and managing projects at short notice while achieving results in a fast-paced and deadline sensitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammatical, editing and proofreading skills plus strong interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed organisation and multi-tasking skills
