As Deputy Director of the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our Centre. **Job Description**:
As Deputy Director, you will establish and lead a research unit within your field, contribute to our expanding research portfolio, and guide major research initiatives and funding strategies. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing research staff, postgraduates, and PhD candidates, as well as coordinating and managing our research programmes and platforms. Your expertise in clinical research, implementation science or health care improvement will be invaluable in promoting translation of research into practice and engaging clinical, academic, and community stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- A doctoral qualification
- Extensive experience in clinical research, implementation science or health care improvement
- Proven record of leading research programmes, securing competitive funding, and publishing in top-tier journals
- Collaborative and impact-focused, with strong mentoring and partnership-building skills
