Goodbyes is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for our Prahran store. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a purpose-driven and growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Goodbyes values and upholding company policies and procedures. They will also foster and grow our community impact, building strong relationships with sellers and members across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will oversee the effective operation of the store, including store presentation, housekeeping, merchandising, shop floor duties, theft prevention, and administration tasks such as emails, banking, member resolution, and reporting.
They will meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and increase overall efficiency of operations across their team. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, including clear communication, delegation, providing constructive feedback, and offering guidance when necessary.
In addition, they will train and develop their team in all areas of the store, fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role or managing retail stores.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
* A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
* Adaptability and proactivity, with the ability to tackle challenges and implement solutions effectively.
* Skills in training and developing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
* An appreciation for fashion and intentional shopping.
