About the Role
As a Claims Administrator, you'll help clients through the claims process and support our broking team with administrative tasks. You'll learn how insurance claims work and play an important role in helping clients during challenging times.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients with lodging insurance claims
* Entering claims information into our systems
* Liaising with insurers to follow up claim progress
* Maintaining accurate client claim records
* Answering incoming calls and assisting with claims enquiries

We're looking for someone who:
* Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
