We are seeking a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network in North Adelaide.
About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct, person-centered nursing and/or midwifery care, assessing patient needs and coordinating appropriate services with increasing autonomy over time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering safe, high-quality nursing/midwifery care aligned with national safety and quality standards.
* Providing health education and professional support, mentoring students, new staff, and graduates to foster ongoing learning and development.
* Leading shift-based ward or team coordination, supporting staff and ensuring smooth, safe patient care delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated competence and experience in delivering safe, high-quality nursing/midwifery care aligned with national safety and quality standards.
