Overview
Western Work Force is seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our client's team in Bibra Lake on a permanent full-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines administration with responsibility across stores, warehousing, and fleet and plant coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring systems, assets, and inventory are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
* Oversee stores and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient inventory management
* Assist with fleet and plant coordination, including scheduling, maintenance tracking, and compliance documentation
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to support smooth operational workflows
* Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in administration, stores/warehousing, and fleet or plant equipment coordination
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
