Our family orientated hotel features a busy lounge bar serving delicious bistro meals, public bar, bottle shop and function room.
As a Duty Manager at the Augusta Hotel you will be part of a team overseeing the daily operations of our various outlets.
This full time, hands on role is to ensure the smooth efficient running of the hotel with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.
What you will be doing
· Managing the hotels daily operations including staff management, inventory management, customer liaison and supplier management
· Lead the team in focusing on a high standard of customer service
· Proactive in managing, developing and improving the hotels internal systems and processes to improve overall customer outcomes and staff efficiency
· Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
· Drive compliance toward Liquor Licensing and TAB regulations
What are we looking for?
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Duty Manager role within the industry with a current Approved Manager's card as mandated by WAs Liquor Control Act and TAB Compliance and Safer Gambling Certification showing a sound working knowledge of the Liquor Licensing Act and TAB regulations.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Energy to drive better outcomes for the customer and the business
· A Team Player that is comfortable with being Leader.
