We're looking for a skilled bookkeeper who also thrives in admin, customer service, and IT. This is a high-responsibility role reporting directly to the business owner.
About You
* Fully qualified bookkeeper — no training required
* Expert in Xero & Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Confident working with systems and software
* Strong customer service skills — phone, email, and face-to-face
* Highly organised, proactive, and people-savvy
* Able to support admin/sales team and train staff when needed
* Willing to assist in improving processes and managing suppliers
* Comfortable across both store locations
* Leadership qualities and a solution-focused mindset
Day-to-Day Tasks
* Invoicing, reconciling accounts, checking supplier statements
* Assisting admin and sales staff with daily operations
* Answering phones and managing customer queries
* Improving internal systems and supplier relationships
* Supporting the business owner with general admin and errands
* Training team members and helping boost cost efficiency
